We will stay in contact via my personal application where you can easily find your workout and meal plans, and if there is ever anything you want to ask you can also chat directly with me in the app.

Mathias Jonsson
I’m a full time coach that loves helping out people but still found it hard to travel around physically to help everyone that needed my help. So I decided to start with online coaching to be able to reach out and help even more people that needed my help.
I’m helping you that want to make a change in your life, to gain or lose weight, build muscle, learn more about functional training, weightlifting, or maybe if you need a fresh start at the gym or just want a healthier lifestyle.
I’m doing this because I really love to help people reach their goals. Doesn’t matter if they are big or small.
I have over 8 years of experience as a personal trainer. I work full-time as a crossfit and weightlifting PT, and I have a good knowledge about mobility training and injuries.
My goal is to help everyone that needs help reaching their goal no matter what goal that may be.

Vi kan samla in recensioner via oberoende plattformar (t.ex. Trustpilot eller Simply Review). I sådana fall skickas automatiska inbjudningar ut till konsumenter efter ett genomfört köp eller coachingprogram. Dessa plattformar använder sina egna interna kontrollsystem för att säkerställa recensionernas äkthet.
Vi kan också visa skriftliga omdömen som skickats direkt till oss via t.ex. e-post, sociala medier eller DM. För dessa omdömen gör vi själva en manuell kontroll innan de publiceras för att säkerställa att de kommer från faktiska klienter som har fått coaching. För recensioner som lämnas utan inbjudan använder den oberoende plattformen interna kontrollsystem för att se till att de är äkta. Vi varken köper, manipulerar eller väljer ut specifika recensioner för att ge en vinklad bild av våra tjänster.
